We are currently recruiting! We currently have one ASSISTANT EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER post available.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within an Outstanding maintained nursery school. We aim to promote a caring, nurturing community for all children and their families, whilst developing a love of learning through a rich and varied curriculum.

 

The Governors and Head Teacher wish to appoint an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner. If you enjoy working with young children; are passionate about inclusion and equal opportunity for all and you can rise to the challenge of promoting the very best early years’ experience for all children, then please apply. The post holder will work across the age phases, demonstrating a sound understanding of EYFS practice from Birth to 5.

The post holder will understand and demonstrate their responsibility to safeguarding children.

The post holder will be required to work within daily patterns that potentially include lunchtime supervision – working patterns to be discussed at interview.

 

A minimum relevant (DfE validated) Early Years Level 2 or higher qualification is required, together with relevant experience of working with young children (Birth to 5). Staff holding an Early Years Educator qualification must also have achieved a suitable level 2 qualification in English. Knowledge of the Revised EYFS and KCSIE is essential.
